Session Questions & Answers
The below questions and answers are intended to help you quickly determine if LeeLiu Photography is best suited to meet your needs. Please contact me for any specific questions that are not addressed below. I'd love to hear from you.
Price and Deposit
• The session price includes the creative, print release (upon request), travel, and online gallery.
• For the Classic Session, full payment is due up front.
• For the Luxe Session, I require a 50% deposit to secure the date and the remaining balance to be paid between 2 days before til the day of the shoot.
Rescheduling
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 days before your session date.
• There are no rescheduling fees in the case of bad weather or a sickness.
• If bad weather looks predictable, I'll start the rescheduling process a few days before our session.
• If the weather is unpredictable, I'll alert you of the possibility of rescheduling, but won't make that decision until an hour or two before we would be meeting.
Payment Types
Zelle and Venmo are preferred forms of payment. ACH (bank transfer) is also available. Please note that ACH takes 3-5 business days for the banks to process.
Cancellation
Cancellations up to 3 days before the session date is allowed. After that time, no refunds will be issued. Reason being specific dates and times are difficult to fill on short notice and potential clients have already been turned away. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your session.
Locations
Based on your location, I provide a few options for session sites which I know will provide great results. Site suggestions are welcomed and I'm happy to scout new locations based on your suggestions and ideas. However, I will ultimately provide the location for our session date.
Props
Props are welcomed, but not required. I provide blankets to sit on and umbrellas should there be a light drizzle.
Travel Expenses
Travel fee is included within the south Denver suburbs area. This includes Parker, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Castles Pines, and Castle Rock. For areas outside of this range, please contact me for more details.
Pets
Pets are welcomed for outdoor sessions. However, I would suggest leaving them at home if they're very excitable and/or not well trained yet.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
It takes about a week to receive a link to your private online gallery to view and download your photos.
